Is there really a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts on a free trial. No credit card required to start. You choose when to subscribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next billing date. Annual subscribers can cancel and won't be charged for the following year.

Do I have to answer all 285 questions?

No. Which questions apply depends on your license type and the endorsements you hold. As one example, a microbusiness doing cultivation and retail answers 163 of the 285, and the other 122 do not apply to it. Your own list depends on your own license and endorsements.

Does this submit my Final Plan of Record to the state?

No. It helps you work out which questions apply to you and gives you one place to write and save your answers. Filing with Minnesota's Office of Cannabis Management is still yours to do, and their review takes up to 90 days.

Do I still need the subscription once my Final Plan of Record is filed?

The Final Plan of Record is filed once, but training expires, staff turn over, procedures change, and the state rewrites forms. The ongoing plan is what keeps those current.

Is event management included?

Events are a separate module. Cannabis event organizer is its own Minnesota license type with its own Final Plan of Record, and operators who hold it get event management in the same product. You can buy compliance without it.

What counts as a workspace?

One workspace covers your whole business. Your license details, your team members, and your answers all live in one place. You don't pay per user.
