Minnesota's Office of Cannabis Management asks a long list of questions across its Final Plan of Record forms, and several of those forms are standard operating procedures you have to write and stand behind. We do not give legal advice, we do not submit anything to the state for you, and we cannot promise how a review will go. Minnesota's Office of Cannabis Management has 90 days to review a submission, and that decision is theirs.
You can, and plenty of people do. The trouble is that the forms move.
